Welcome to Barn Haus Homeschool
At Barn Haus, we believe in the magic of hands-on learning, being in nature, and the joy of creating beautiful, handcrafted items from natural materials. Our days are filled with artistic exploration, imaginative play, and a deep connection to the natural world. Join us as we weave together fun, friendship, and the wonders of nature in a nurturing and inspiring environment.
Our location is nestled on beautiful land in Canton, GA. The barn will provide covered shelter from inclement weather, but we will prioritize the outdoors whenever possible. Families will need to be prepared for heat, cold, rain, sun, and all the spaces in between.
We follow the well-known wisdom of the Norweigian phrase: “There's no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing.”
Cold water and hot water will be available to provide comfort, such as herbal tea.
Our learning pod is a vibrant community where children and their guardians have the choice of enjoying our drop-off programs or our community day, starting August ‘25.*
We currently have offerings for children aged 3-13 years old.
Drop off Program
Our drop off program is available for children 5 and older. We operate on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-2. Our Kindergarten and Grades drop-off programs follow Live Education!'s Waldorf homeschool curriculum, which is greatly enjoyed by homeschooling families and Waldorf schools alike. Guardian & ME
We get it. Drop-off programs aren't for everyone. There's also a beautiful community builiding piece when caregivers remain with their children that we love.
Our community day program focuses on a forest school curriculum throughout the year in a mixed age group. Grown-ups and children get to enjoy socializing, learning about the natural world around us, and nature crafts/journaling.

We are mothers and educators. We are passionate about child development and joyful education in our own ways, and we are excited to hold space and to share our areas of expertise with all of our families.
